The three-step grinding process:

• Step 1: Grabs and cracks the salt or pepper, breaking it in half.
• Step 2: Cuts it into smaller, even pieces.
• Step 3: Sends it through fine teeth for a fast, perfect grind.

Your Perfect Grind, Every Time

Every palate is unique. The precision adjustment screw at the base of each mill lets you customize your grind — turn clockwise for a fine, delicate finish; counter-clockwise for a bold, coarser texture. Simply grind directly over your dish and savour the difference.

How to Fill Your Mills

• The handle for the pepper mill is located inside the body — unscrew the top bolt to find it. Refer to our video for step-by-step assembly guidance.
• The salt mill features a durable plastic grinding mechanism suited for coarse salt. Avoid grey salt, salt flakes, wet salt, or large crystals, as these may clog the mechanism.
• Before first use, pass a few peppercorns through the pepper mill and discard them to clean the inner mechanism.
