Alexander (Atlas) Mills — A Legacy of Excellence Since 1977
Born in Greece and celebrated across the world, Alexander (Atlas) Mills represent the pinnacle of artisanal craftsmanship. For nearly five decades, each mill has been painstakingly handcrafted to the most exacting standards — a true heirloom piece designed to elevate every dining experience.
Precision Engineered for the Finest Flavour
At the heart of every Atlas Mill lies our signature 3D Cut grinding mechanism — a refined innovation that goes far beyond ordinary crushing. Engineered to truly grind, it coaxes the full depth of flavour and aroma from every peppercorn and crystal of salt, transforming the everyday ritual of seasoning into something extraordinary.
The Collection
- 8" Brass Pepper Mill
- 9" Brass Salt Mill
Crafted from lustrous brass, each piece is as beautiful on the table as it is masterful in the hand. These mills will patina over time but can be cleaned with a brass cleaner.
Your Perfect Grind, Every Time
Every palate is unique. The precision adjustment screw at the base of each mill allows you to effortlessly customize your grind — a subtle clockwise turn for a fine, delicate finish; counter-clockwise for a bold, coarser texture. Simply grind directly over your dish and savour the difference.
